Shake Shack's second Philadelphia incarnation opened at 3200 Chestnut Street at the end of the week. Residing the city's University City section (or simply West Philly if you've lived there long enough), its clearly aimed at University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University students, but will draw a wide audience of customers.
This new Shake Shack seats 100 (outdoor seating as well) and uses wood from reclaimed Brooklyn bowling alley lanes. It also features Drexel's royal blue on the interior rather than the standard green.
