Jurassic World may have some hope yet, if this is true. According to Vulture, Josh Brolin is reportedly in talks to star in the upcoming film, which will be the fourth in the long-running Jurassic Park franchise. It's not clear who he would be starring as if he does in fact join the film—plot details are being kept tightly under wraps, so no one even knows what Jurassic World is going to be about—but he would be joining 12-year-old Insidious star Ty Simpkins, and possibly Bryce Dallas Howard and Jake Johnson in the cast.

If Brolin does end up joining, it might be a while before we know any details of his role—Jurassic World, which is being helmed by Safety Not Guaranteed director Colin Trevorrow, is set for release on June 12, 2015. It's expected to begin production in Hawaii in early 2014.
