Xbox One Will Be Playable At Many Microsoft Stores Before Launch

Xbox One Tour: Road to Launch

None

Major Nelson and Microsoft have announced the Xbox One Tour: Road to Launch, a mini-tour hitting up some Microsoft store openings that will give gamers a chance to get their hands on the Xbox One before its release on November 22.

Major Nelson will be hitting up such exotic locales as Burlington MA, Boston, Orlando FL, Edmonton Canada and somewhere called the Scottsdale Fashion Sq, in Arizona. So if you happen to live in or near one of these places it might be worth your time to check it out. Attendees will get demos; some play time with games like Forza 5 and Killer Instinct as well as gift certificates of $25 to $75 off the Xbox One and other Microsoft products.

More cities will be added but only after the Xbox One has already launched. We're not sure if Microsoft is trying to avoid bringing it's pre-launch tour to any cities that we may have heard off. Orlando will certainly get a big turnout but why the tour isn't coming to New York City, or Atlanta or the West Coast is a little baffling.

For the full list of cities and times that the Xbox One tour will be visiting check out the Major Nelson site. The Xbox One is set to release on November 22.
