There's a reason people don't have a problem sharing their feelings on Yelp—it's because people (and businesses) actually read Yelp. When one pissed off customer took to the website to complain about the service he received at Ten Bells Tavern in Texas, eh expected pepole to read and be amused by his comments. What he probably didn't expect is for the owner of the establishment to respond. On Yelp. And e-shame him.
After saying that he "really wanted to like" Ten Bells Tavern, Mark G. went in:
None
Suspicious about the lone one-star review of thebar, ow ner Meri Dahlke returned fire:
Hi Mark G.
Thank you so much for the valuable input. Quick question for you!
