Burger King is embracing a health-first initiative and introducing new french fries that have 40 percent less fat and 30 percent less calories. The crinkle-cut "Satisfries" were introduced today, packing just 270 calories compared to the 350 that the normal fries contain.

Aside from fewer calories and more money (they cost $1.89; regular fries cost $1.59), the method of cooking these new fries are the difference. Per the New York Times
