Mario is the enemy in these WWII-style propaganda posters from Fro Design. In a world where Mario has come to destroy the entire infrastructure of a nation, lay fields of beautiful Piranha Pants and enchanting fire flowers to waste and de-wing the cheerfully hopping Koopas of their hilly homeland, something must be done!
This poster series re-imagines the world of Nintendo's Super Mario Bros where Bowser has to drum-up support for the war effort by enlisting the resource of the people er, Koopas, whatever. The series paints Mario in a dramatically different light, needless to say we can't even imagine how creepy Luigi would be if he were depicted in this style.
