The Paula Deen Lawsuit Has Officially Been Dropped, In An Agreement Between Both Sides

Looks like she's back on her winning streak.

The saga of Racist Paula Deen, proponent of plantation-era themed weddings, may have come to an end this past Friday. It's been reported, and a filed legal document confirms, that both sides in her case of allegations of racism and sexual harassment, have agreed to drop the suit, and apparently sans "any award of costs or fees to any party.” Disgruntled former employee Lisa Jackson released this statement: “I assumed that all of my complaints about the workplace environment were getting to Paula Deen, but I learned during this matter that this was not the case. The Paula Deen I have known for more than eight years is a woman of compassion and kindness and will never tolerate discrimination or racism of any kind toward anyone.

Meanwhile Paula says: "Those who truly know how I live my life know that I believe in kindness and fairness for everyone...I look forward to getting back to doing what I love." The dismissal comes just two weeks after the presiding judge threw out Jackson's claims of racial discrimination. So now that the suit is over and done with, how long until Paula starts releases an oh-so sympathetc book and/or gives an interview about the ordeal, gets back on the Food Network, then regains all of those sponsors she lost in the struggle?
