With Britney Spears and L.A. Reid both leaving their posts on The X-Factor, the reality singing competition is in the market for some new judges - and TMZ is reporting that Fox is near closing deals with their potential replacements, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio.

There's not much info about the deals yet, but sources close to Fox said that the two are in "final negotiations" to join the show, and that there are only a few "minor details" left to be worked through before contracts are signed. As for how much they stand to make, there's no word yet on if it'll be anything like Spear's $15 million payday.

Should the deals be finalized, Rowland and Rubio would be joining returning judges Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell on the series.
