Charles Ramsey Also Gets Free McDonald's for a Year

Dude keeps winning.

Charles Ramsey is having a great week. He was already given free burgers by local restaurants for the rest of his life for his heroics, now McDonald's has blessed him with free food for the next year. Ramsey famously explained that he was eating a Big Mac on his day off when he helped rescue Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus from the basement of his neighbor, Ariel Castro

After McDonald's learned of Ramsey's actions, they praised him and promised to reach out. They made good on that promise. McDonald's Corp. spokeswoman Heidi Barker says that local operators have been in contact with Ramsey, but have elected not to share details "out of respect for the survivors of this harrowing ordeal and the ongoing investigation."

Baker also said that McDonald's donated $10,000 to the National Center for Missing Children in Ramsey and the three women's names. Ramsey keeps winning.
