We're sure you remember Senator Feinstein. The Democratic Senator from California that has been more than vocal about her criticism of video games and their role in perceived real world gun violence.

Senator Feinstein has once again gone on the offensive regarding the supposed correlation between video games and violence. Speaking on MSNBC's Morning Joe, the Senator went on to explain her theory of how video games "enable" individuals with violent tendencies.

“I think the really violent video game becomes a kind of simulator to practice on,” she said. “It enables the individual to become much more familiar with that depiction of death and blood. Of course it's not the way it is in real life.”

Of course the Senator once again misses the point completely. Ignoring actual contributing factors such as mental health, drug addiction, and a whole other host of social factors that actually affect real world violence, the Senator opts for the imagnary boogey man of video games. Shameful. What do you think?
