Telltale Games CEO Dan Connors has revealed in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that The Walking Dead, the underdog adventure game that just won 2012 game of the year from countless outlets, sold 8.5 million episodes. At five episodes total for the whole game, that's roughly 1.7 million full versions of the game (not that everyone who bought one episode bought them all, of course, but you get the point).
If you've played The Walking Dead then you likely agree that they deserve every one of those sales and more—it's truly a phenomenal experience. What did you think? Does it deserve all the praise it's getting?
