The film should start production in March.

None

With filming of the new Godzilla reboot film set to begin in March, Deadline is reporting that none other than Frank Darabont is set to give the script a final rewrite before it goes into production. Darabont, who most recently developed The Walking Dead for television and directed/executive-produced the pilot, has a history of working with monster films: The Blob and The Fly II are both on his filmography.

The screenplay for the reboot of the classic monster film was originally written by The Seventh Son writer Max Borenstein.
