Popular cloud storage service Dropbox has finally released applications for Microsoft's latest platforms, Windows 8 and Windows RT.

The Windows version of Dropbox comes with standard features, such as the ability to browse, edit, and share files and photos. The app, which adopts the tile interface of the new Windows version, is also integrated with other popular Windows applications, and users will be able to share items directly with Facebook and Twitter contacts.

Windows 8 desktop and device owners can download Dropbox from the Windows Store.
