The Independent is reporting that a 46-year-old man from the U.K. collapsed with chest pains and died at an office party this weekend, after attempting to perform the dance moves from South Korean rapper Psy's wildy successful "Gangnam Style" video.
His death has prompted consultant cardiologist and Newcastle University professor Bernard Keavney to release a statement warning middle-aged men of the dangers of "[straying] outside your comfort zone" when it comes to dancing at holiday parties this year. "The chance that you'll come to grief is very small. But as with any form of untypical exercise … be somewhat measured. Let the lady dance around you," he told The Daily Telegraph.
Still, this is actually really sad.
