Big surprise: The man who got a tattoo of Mitt Romney's logo on his face now regrets getting a tattoo of Mitt Romney's logo on his face. What are the odds?

The man, 30-year-old Eric Hartsburg of Indiana, initially said after Romney lost the presidential election that he had no regrets about the ink, and he even vowed to keep it for life to show his everlasting support for Romney. Now, however, he's changed his tune a bit - speaking to Politico, Hartsburg says that, after hearing Romney's post-election comments crediting Obama's win to "gifts" given to constituencies, he now believes that the former Republican candidate has "no dignity," and wants the tattoo removed ASAP.

"It stands not only for a losing campaign but for a sore loser...he's pretty shameful as far as I'm concerned, man," he said. "There's no dignity in blaming somebody else for buying votes and paying off people. I can't get behind that or stay behind that."

Luckily for Hartsburg, tattoo removal chain Dr. TATOFF has offered to remove the ink for free in Los Angeles. Unluckily for Hartsburg, though, he has learned nothing from this experience: He hasn't ruled out getting any more political tattoos.

"After it’s off, I’ll put the space back up for sale," he said, "but I might be a little bit more choosy about political tattooing." Some people just deserve what they get.
