Now that Paranormal Activity 4 pulled in an estimated $30 million at the box office this weekend, after only costing $5 million to make, it should come as no surprise that Paramount is already putting a fifth installment into production. But according to Deadline, that won’t be the only Paranormal Activity movie going before cameras in the near future.

The site is reporting that the studio is setting up production on a Latino-based spin-off of the movie. The film will feature mostly Latino actors and be filmed partly in Spanish. This movie is specifically aimed at the Latino population because of how supportive that segment of the population has been for the franchise.

The movie will be directed by Christopher Landon, and should hit theaters in the spring of next year.
