Deadline is reporting that Olivia Munn will have a guest-starring role on Fox’s New Girl for a complete story arc as Nick’s (Jake Johnson) new love interest this season. Munn’s character promises to be “sexy, earthy, charming and can hold her own with the group,” according to the site.
This adds to Munn’s recent acting resume, which includes roles in Magic Mike and The Newsroom. This will also be her first long-lasting role on a network sitcom since her show, Perfect Couples, was cancelled during its first season last year.
