EA announced today a partnership with Sony Pictures for a very special Medal of Honor Warfighter map pack. Called the "Zero Dark Thirty" pack, it's themed after the film of the same name, which chronicles the decade-long hunt for and eventual execution of Osama bin Laden.

The film is directed by The Hurt Locker's Kathryn Bigelow, so it should prove intense. That said, the map pack simply recreates two infamous locatons—the Darra gun market and the northern Chitral region, where bin Laden was said to have chilled for a while.

The Zero Dark Thirty map pack comes free with the limited and deluxe editions of Medal of Honor Warfighter, and $1 of every individual map pack sale will go to EA's Project HONOR campaign for military charities.

Do you think the "Zero Dark Thirty" map pack treats the situation and the film with due respect? How does the Project HONOR tie-in affect your view of the DLC?
