A full toxicology report for the "Miami Cannibal"—gov't name: Rudy Eugene— was released, and the results are quite shocking. It turns out that Eugene was not under the influence of bath salts when he gnawed Ronald Poppo's face off in May. What was found in his system? Marijuana.

Eugene's body was tested for several drugs, but the only drug found "within the limits of current technology by both laboratories" was marijuana. That's right, they tested for bath salts, synthetic marijuana, and LSD, and all they found was regular weed. Although it couldn't have just been regular weed—that doesn't make you want to eat people.
