The premiere of Charlie Sheen's new series Anger Management rather unsurprisingly drew in record ratings for FX last night, with the first episode receiving 5.5 million viewers and the second receiving 5.7 million. Being that this is cable television, those numbers are huge - making the premiere of the series not only the most-watched premiere of any FX show ever, but also the most top-rated primetime comedy premiere in cable history in its demo, the advertiser coveted 18-49 age range.
