Excellent news for North Jersey: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is open for business in Newark. The popular restaurant opened for business in Newark last week, setting up shop in a huge warehouse. Decorated with a lighting plant and Newark’s first wine and spirit bottles, it definitely gives a nod to the building’s history.
Fans will gladly cross the Hudson for dishes such as the BBQ Chicken Wings, Jerked Lamb Steak, and Pecan-Crusted Jerk Salmon. In addition, they have a large draft beer list, featuring suds from local breweries like River Horse and Cricket Hill.
Even with this alternative spot opening, you can still expect a lengthy wait at the Harlem location.
