Derrick Rose just pulled a Drake.
Looking to add space to his Trump Tower condo, the NBA's reigning MVP bought his next-door-neighbor's place as well. Roses's current condo is 3,102 square-feet and features three bedrooms. With his latest purchase, he'll add another 1,017 square-feet to his living situation for $2.8 million.
Rose's decision has become a popular move, as three other residents—including Chicago Blackhawks star Patrick Kane—have done the same.
