Bethesda has released another developer diary for the upcoming Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and this time they dive into the audible sounds a music of the new game. There is a lot more work that goes into these projects than people realize and they intend on showing us just how much went into this game between these diaries and the behind the scenes documentary shipping with some editions of the game.
The video, which you can find above, features commentary by the game’s audio director, Mark Lampert and covers pretty much every audio aspect included in the game. You will get a chance to see everything from the creation of the awesome choral arrangement used for the game’s main theme to the various spoken dialog of the characters. It may be a lot of hard work, but we still think we would like to have these jobs; how about an all-Complex staff dialog track for Elder Scrolls VI?
Making a Skyrim Sandwhich Is Better Than It Sounds
A lot of people don't appreciate how important "sound" is to the recipe.
