Video: This Clip For "The Sitter" Makes Us Never Want To Have Children

David Gordon Green is back with an army of soul-crushing brats.

Pineapple Express director David Gordon Green has had a busy year with Your Highness getting released earlier in the spring and a planned remake of the horror classic Suspiria on the horizon. But before he switches genres, Green's got one more comedy up his sleeve titled The Sitter, starring Jonah Hill.

The clip obviously doesn't show much in terms of plot, but there is little doubt that the sight of those kids causing mayhem should be enough to make the young twenty-somethings in the audience pray for sterility. It's also nice to see that the movie was filmed before Jonah Hill lost all that weight and began looking like a pile of wet laundry, because watching a skinny guy get beaten up just isn't funny.

As usual, Green's comedies don't resemble bland rom-coms or have the hopeful tone of a Judd Apatow flick; instead, they're loaded with a surprising amount of darkness and cynicism, so The Sitter certainly shouldn't be viewed by the faint of heart.

We'll see if Green can bounce back from the somewhat disappointing Your Highness when The Sitter gets released on December 9.
