Xbox's "Kinect Star Wars" Has Been Delayed!

The Force is weak with this one, kiddos!

None

Kinect Star Wars had been gaining quite a lot of enthusiastic attention after being announced at E3, but all that ish came screeching to a halt. Microsoft and LucasArts are pushing back the release of the game and the Star Wars themed Xbox 360 bundle until after Christmas. In an exclusive interview with OXM, the house Bill Gates built commented that the delay is to "ensure the full potential of this title is realized." Understandably enough, the delay isn't surprising, this is George Lucas we're talking about here.

We never know what to expect with the guy, quite honestly. Since Microsoft didn't announce a release date, we can only expect the game to hit stores late into 2012. Those who previewed the game have commented that the motion controls just didn't work very well, so we hope that the postponement will result in improved gameplay.

Will you still want to play the game when and if it drops? Let us know in the comments section.
