After back-to-back box office smash hits with Fast and Furious and Fast Five, director Justin Lin has been given the keys to James Cameron's kingdom. We already have May 24, 2013 marked on our calendar as the day Fast Six arrives in theaters, but it's his work on a new Terminator movie that has caught our attention. Lin spoke to The Playlist and gave updates on a slew of projects that have been thrown his way, including The Terminator, and talked about a very productive meeting he had with Cameron and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

"Terminator is something I've been having a lot of fun with," Lin says about his chat. "I had a great meeting with Arnold and James Cameron, just sitting down unofficially. He [James] is so gracious because he's not part of the project, he's not going to be producing, but it was great of him just as a filmmaker to take time out to just talk." When you're responsible for Universal's highest grossing film of the year, you can expect your inbox to be flooded with offers.

To date, Lin has been attached to reboot The Highlander franchise and was even on the list to possibly direct Die Hard 5 and The Wolverine. He's turned down working with Bruce Willis, but what other projects would you like to see the critically acclaimed director work on? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!
