Most known for his role as Chris "Oz" Ostreicher in the American Pie franchise, Chris Klein has officially signed on to reprise his role in Universal's American Reunion. The 32-year-old actor recently finalized his deal to return for the comedy franchise's fourth official installment (we're not counting those awful straight-to-DVDs spinoffs, and nor should you) and is "very excited to reunite with the original cast."

Original stars Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Eugene Levy, and Alyson Hannigan  have also officially boarded the project. The plot reportedly finds the original characters returning to Great Falls, Michigan, to celebrate their ten-year high school reunion. Since then, "Oz" (Klein) has become a big shot Ken with a Malibu mansion and a gold digger Barbie, Jim (Biggs) and Michelle (Hannigan) are still married, and Stifler (Scott) is unhappily working as a temp and isn't getting laid much.

Word is that Tara Reid, Mena Suvari, Thomas Ian Nicholas, and Stifler's mom—the original M.I.L.F.—Jennifer Coolidge are also in talks to return. Where's Finch when you need him?

Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg will write and direct American Reunion, although it isn't known when production will start yet. But it's looking like the raunch-fest to hit theaters sometime in 2012.
