Yvonne Strahovski has been hired by Square Enix to be the voice of Aya Brea in forthcoming Parasite Eve threequel The 3rd Birthday.  If that name doesn’t sound familiar, perhaps the voice does—she played the role of Miranda Lawson in Mass Effect 2. Yvonne also lends her acting talents to the NBC show Chuck, and we think she’s very . . . talented. [Pink Squadron]

A duo calling themselves Thousand Pounds has made a video where they recreate Ultra combos from the Street Fighter series. Sure, it’s pointless, but whaddya want for free? [Joystick Division]

THQ's Homefront, the shooter that lets players fight off an invading nuclear-armed North Korea, is going to be delayed . . . by a week.  NOOOOOOOOO! Speculation is Kaos Studios would rather not release a new IP the same week that Dragon Age II will be hitting the market. Y'know, since the audiences for hardcore FPSes and swords & sorcery RPGs is so similar and all. The game is now set to release on March 15 for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. [G4TV]

While it’s not the full sequel fans have been hoping for, Castle Crashers owners will be able to purchase new DLC called the Pink Knight Pack.  The download includes a Pink Knight, who's armed with a lollipop and four new weapons. PS3 folks can look forward to the content next week, but Xboxers will have to wait for their pink pals.  Proceeds  will be donated to Breast Cancer Research so you can feel like you’ve done a good deed as you lop off heads and watch animals spread their feces everywhere. [Kotaku]

Since Dark Souls was revealed as Demon’s Souls’ not-exactly-sequel, everyone has been talking about how difficult the game will be. Seriously. Usually trailers show how your character is epic and stomps face, but in this one the hero gets his ass kicked. Check out the bull rush (literally) at 1:30. Ouch! [VG 24/7]
