Premiere: Tinchy Stryder's Still Putting In That "Work"

Everything you'd want from the Ruff Sqwad linchpin.

After a return to grimey form last year, Tinchy Stryder is back with a video for his new single "Work". Over a choppy Sir Spyro production, Stryder reminds us all of how much work he's put in over the past decade or so — proudly brandishing his awards and accolades, and delivering one-two combos to lazy rivals.

"The concept of 'Work' is an explanation of how we all dedicate our lives and time around our work ethic," Tinchy told Complex via email. "I wanted to show and give many different examples of the meaning 'work' from my point of view. The motto behind the song is, regardless how big or small the job, we all have to respect the job at hand and put 100% dedication in."

The beat's dirty, the video's slick; it's everything you'd want from the Ruff Sqwad linchpin. "Work" will be released as part of his new project, Private Life In Public, which is due to land on August 18.
