Logic may have been upstaged by a middle school girl.

On Saturday night, the 27-year-old rapper kicked off his Everybody’s Tour at Salt Lake City’s The Great Saltair. Logic decided to end his set with a performance of “Gang Related” off his 2014 debut studio album Under Pressure; however, he had to stop the song mid-verse after spotting an audience member’s impressive rap skills.

“Oh, it’s like that?” he tells the young girl at the 1:50-minute mark. “We got to get her on stage, come on.”

The fan, who revealed she was only 12 years old, was visibly shook by the opportunity. She joined Logic on stage at around the 2:25 mark, and gave him a hug before telling him, “Oh my god, you’re so beautiful.”

Logic then asks the young girl if she knows the second verse of the track, to which she replies: “Do I know? Of course I do [...] Let’s do this.” At 3:45, the track begins to play and the two deliver the lines at a rapid-fire pace.

Logic then tells the kid he’d give her his hat if she was able to rap the verse at a faster pace (5:25). She killed it.

You can watch the moment go down in the videos above and below.

This isn’t the first time Logic has invited a fan on stage to rap by his side, so there’s a good chance this will happen again while he’s on the road. The Everybody’s Tour continues tonight in Las Vegas and will wrap up Aug. 26 in Toronto.
