Snoop Dogg Denies He Was Making Fun of Young Thug in "Moment I Feared" Video

Snoop Dogg says he wasn't making fun of Young Thug in his "Moment I Feared" video.

On Tuesday, Snoop Dogg released his video for "Moment I Feared," and in it was what appeared to be a shot at Young Thug's Jeffery cover. You know, the one where he was wearing a dress. The mockery came at about the 3:20 point in the video below. If you haven't seen it yet, skip there and be your own judge.

Well, the best way to figure out what his intent was with that image is to just straight up ask him. And that's exactly what HipHopDX did when they caught up with Snoop at the premiere of Diddy's Can't Stop, Won't Stop documentary. It was there that Snoop clarified that there was no spiteful intent behind the resemblance.

"Nah, I ain’t poking fun at nobody," he said. "It’s a video. I’m acting in the video. The director directed it. It’s just a video. It could be a number of people. It’s a lot of people it could be. But it’s just me letting people know that I respect what the youngsters are doing. This is what they do. How they do it. I respect that."

Snoop, calling Thug his "nephew" in the process, also said that he wasn't taunting his younger contemporary because he had appeared on his recently released Beautiful Thugger Girls.
