Mariah Carey and Bruno Mars mashups? Yes, please.

The mind behind these creations is Roan Nair, who humbly has the following as a bio: “Hi I'm Roan and I like making mashups. I'm not the best but I try. Enjoy.”

For the last couple of years, Roan has uploaded impressive mashups on YouTube, blending the sounds of everyone from Kelly Clarkson and Beyoncé to The Weeknd and Demi Lovato. Within in the last week, Roan has shared not one, but two mashups featuring Carey’s vocals over Bruno’s 24K Magic instrumentals, and they’re as good as you’d expect.

The first used Carey’s 1991 hit “Emotions” and Bruno’s “That’s What I Like.” That mashup was soon followed by a mix of “You’re Mine (Eternal)” and “Versace on the Floor.” You can listen to the creations above and below, respectively.

We don’t know about you, but these mashups have triggered our craving for a Carey and Bruno collaboration, which Bruno would probably be down for. During a 2016 interview with Ryan Seacrest, the 24K Magic singer named Carey as one of his top inspirations.

“Pop music, when I was growing up, was New Edition, Boyz II Men, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey—that was pop music,” he said. “It's the reason why I'm talking to you today. My love for that and seeing that as a kid and saying one day I want to do that. So I kind of just wanted to bring it back to that.”
