Lana Del Rey premiered her new song "Lust for Life" Wednesday on MistaJam's BBC Radio 1 show. The track, which features the Weeknd, is the latest glimpse at her upcoming album of the same name. Previously, Lana and Weeknd connected on the latter artist's 2015 album, Beauty Behind the Madness. Their chemistry on "Prisoner" was impressive, and they keep that going here with their latest collaboration.

Last month, Lana shared a lengthy trailer that broke down what fans can expect from her upcoming project, as well as teased the Weeknd track with an "XO" logo flying into a cooking pot:

Based on the teaser, Lana's album will focus on her time in Los Angeles and address current issues in America. "Even though these times can feel a little bit crazy, they're not so very different from what other generations have experienced at one time or another before," she says in the clip.

On Monday, Lana shared an untitled song to Instagram inspired by her "complex feelings about spending the weekend dancing whilst watching tensions w North Korea mount." The track, Lana added, was written in the woods on her way home from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
