Complex's brand new show, 'Everyday Struggle,' starring Joe Budden and DJ Akademiks, two of hip-hop's biggest pundits debated the biggest issues in the game. The fiery conversation kicked off on Jay Z's new verse from Frank Ocean's song "Biking" and soon turned into a full on debate about Nicki Minaj's current career status. While Akademiks argued that Nicki's brand is doing the heavy lifting for her, Budden countered that he only cares about the bars coming from her and said that she basically used Lil Wayne and Drake as a crutch on her song "No Frauds."

"All of the sudden there are a bunch of Young Money pics floating around with Wayne, Drake, Nicki, now all of the sudden everyone of the picture artwork is you [Nicki], Drake, and Wayne," Budden said. "Get that shit out of her, I hate that. Who was there for Wayne when he was having seizures and shit, I ain't see a picture then. I don't want to see it now that you may need that conglomerate to get back. I don't want to see that now. I want to see you float on your fucking own, Nicki. Best woman rapper in the world. I want to see her do it alone."

The strong statements from Budden come right on the heels of Minaj's recent beef with Remy Ma, which has cooled off after "No Frauds" was released. You can watch the full episode above, where they also talk about Kendrick Lamar's new album, with the comments on Nicki Minaj coming around the 15-minute mark.
