GoldLink had a quiet 2016, mostly coasting off the release of his album And After That, We Didn't Talk in late 2015. He dropped a bit of music, contributed some feature verses, and popped up at ComplexCon this year, but he's definitely taken a bit of a step back after his album release.

Now he's back on the new single and video for "Crew." Alongside Shy Glizzy and Los Angeles singer Brent Faiyaz, GoldLink delivers a groovy new track to get back on our radars. "She see money all around me, I look like I'm the man/But I was down and out like last week, tell me where have you been/You came out of hiding girl, don't act like I'm your man/You just a fan," sings Faiyaz on the chorus, telling a gold-digging girl to look elsewhere.

GoldLink has the first verse, and he manages to work in a "Tie Me Down" reference. "Girl you can't tie me down like Ray J said/But know I'm down," he raps. "Still getting rowdy in the function/Bitches on my dick like it's nothing/Everywhere I go now always got shit bumping, jumping girl." Shy Glizzy hops in afterwards to make football and animal references.

The Matthew Dillon Cohen-directed video features the trio kicking back with their crew.
