The Game has reportedly been ordered to pay over $7 million in the sexual assault case filed against him.

According to TMZ, an Illinois court ruled in favor of Priscilla Rainey who sued Game back in August of 2015. Rainey alleged that the rapper had sexually assaulted her while filming his reality show, She Got Game. A judgment was entered against him late last week for $7.13 million.

The suit claims that on May 22, 2015, Game "was 'out of control,' drunk, and on drugs" and assaulted her throughout the filming of the show, "forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks." Game's legal team said the claims were false and that it was a scheme to shake down the rapper for money. However, the rapper's team was barred from trying to discredit Rainey by citing her time spent in a mental institution and as a sex worker.

Another update in the lawsuit came in October when Rainey claimed that a key witness in the case who saw the alleged assault go down was too scared to testify. "Rainey says she's scared, but doesn't say why," TMZ explained.

During the case, the judge denied Rainey access to Game's financial records to find out his net worth. TMZ is also reporting that Game is planning on appealing the judgment. Complex has reached out to a rep for The Game and will update when available.
