A deposition obtained by TMZ finds Taylor Swift detailing her alleged sexual assault by a Denver radio DJ named David Mueller. According to Swift, she met Mueller during a meet-and-greet after her concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver on June 2, 2013. As she tells it, Mueller reached underneath her skirt and grabbed her bare butt.

"As soon as he grabbed my ass, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say 'Thank you for coming,' which is what I say to everybody," she said. "I was barely even able to get the words out, and it was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality. So it was pretty quick that he was gone after that." As she tells it, the incident caused her to shut down. "I wasn't looking at him, I was looking at the floor, and I just wanted him to be gone."

According to Swift, she didn't alert her team about it right away because she didn't want to be further embarrassed in front of fans or have the press find out. "Anything that I said in front of fans could end up in the press, and I didn't want that."

"I was squirming and obviously lurching to the side towards his female companion because I was shocked and scared and stunned," she said of the incident.

Mueller has previously denied the allegations, claiming that Swift fabricated the story and counter-sued after he was fired from his job in light of her claims. This deposition is likely related to that lawsuit.
