British R&B crooner Angel is finally back to reclaim his place in the urban music scene. After a summer of shutting down festivals, the London singer-songwriter is gearing up to release his new EP, HER, via Parallel in the UK and the legendary Motown Records stateside. Due out on Nov. 18, you can expect six, slickly-produced cuts with a distinct UK edge that can be bumped in the whip or at home with your love. "Working on this EP has been a journey: ups and downs, and new experiences," Angel told Complex via email. "I was actually working on my album, WOMAN, and it's still in progress, however I felt like I needed to give the fans something they can get their teeth into whilst they wait for it."

Teasing fans a day before the EP drops, Angel shares his next single "Fvxk With You"—a collaborative number with Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan. Sampling "Don't Walk Away," the 1992 classic by girl group Jade, Angel's vocal acrobatics come out to play over Harmony Samuels' dreamy, throwback production, with Rich Homie Quan's verse lingering long after it's done.

"Working with Rich Homie Quan was sick," Angel says. "He took to the '90s vibe instantly, and that's how I knew he'd be right for the record. Meeting him in his hometown was dope as well. It was good to understand where's he's coming from and why he makes the music that he does. Now, I just hope the fans like the new music. I feel like it's the type of music that I've been wanting to make for years so, here goes, I guess."
