Pimp C’s widow is no longer in charge of the legendary rapper’s estate.

According to the Beaumont Enterprise, Chinara Butler was removed as the estate’s administrator after Pimp C’s oldest son accused his estranged stepmother of mishandling funds. Judge Gerald Eddins granted Chad Butler Jr.’s request during a two-hour hearing in Jefferson County, Texas.

The decision was made Wednesday (Oct. 26), after Butler Jr.’s lawyer explained the growing concern over Pimp C’s estate in the years since his untimely death. Attorney Josh Heinz told the judge that in addition to missing jewelry, the rapper's Port Arthur home is now in foreclosure and his Bentley was repossessed because Chinara failed to pay the $2,800 monthly car note.

"Nobody's gotten any money," Heinz told the judge. "She's on red carpets in Los Angeles and New York and these kids have nothing."

Chinara insisted she has never kept his children from using Pimp C’s name or likeness to make money. She also claimed she has received hardly any money from the UGK rapper’s three posthumous albums.

“I have not left [Pimp C's] kids abandoned," said Chinara, who is the mother of Pimp C's youngest child. "I've invested my own money into this estate and done my best to keep Pimp C relevant."

According to documents obtained by Heinz, Chinara had spent $150,000 of the estate's revenue from 2011 to 2013 and more than $80,000 since 2014. Additionally, the estate is facing a $7.2 million federal tax lien and still owes Pimp C’s former manager, Bryon Hill, $5.1 million.

In 2010, Chinara was removed as an independent administrator of estate because she failed to account for certain assets and had misapplied $150,000 worth of jewelry.

Following the judge’s ruling, Butler Jr. reiterated his thoughts on the matter with a Mike Dean-produced cut called “Trust Nobody.” You can take a listen below.
