Lady Gaga Protests Donald Trump's Victory Outside of Trump Tower: 'He Divided Us So Carelessly'

Lady Gaga stood outside Trump Tower Wednesday morning to protest Donald Trump's victory.

Early Wednesday morning, Lady Gaga stood outside the Trump Tower in New York City to protest the election results.

"I want to live in a #CountryOfKindness #LoveTrumpsHate He divided us so carelessly. Let's take care now of each other," she captioned her Instagram of herself outside of Trump Tower holding a sign reading, "Love Trumps Hate."

The singer, who has been a vocal supporter of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, was on the scene at the Javits Center with the Clinton campaign in NYC on election night. She shared posts on her social media to encourage voting and to keep spirits high as the results rolled in.

She also shared a moment with Black Lives Matter activist, DeRay Mckesson, and offered another positive message alongside their picture together. "In a room full of hope, we will be heard. @iamderay #blacklivesmatter Stand up for kindness, equality, and love."
