After playing a major part in the creation of NoName's much-hailed mixtape Telefone, Chicago rapper Saba is ready to make his own statement with his new project Bucket List. Saba chose to give fans different ways to get the album, putting it up for purchase on iTunes but also streaming it for free on SoundCloud.

Aside from Saba, the project features several other buzzing rappers, including NoName, Smino and Joseph Chilliams. Chicago hip-hop legend Twista also appears on the track "GPS." Saba also co-produces more than half the tracks on the project, collaborating with the likes of Phoelix, Cam O'bi, and CHAD.

He also released a cinematic video to promote the project.

Bucket List serves as Saba's first project in two years, and his first since he's gained a more prominent profile in the music industry. It's been a big year all-around for Saba, who impressed on pretty much everything he did. From his work on Telefone to his appearance on Chance the Rapper's Coloring Book lead single "Angels" to his powerful verse on Joey Purp's iiiDrops single "Cornerstore," he's managed to make statements on the projects of several different Chicago-area rappers. With Bucket List, he's striving to assert his own voice in the Windy City's already-crowded rap scene.
