Rapper and songwriter Quentin Miller, best known for that time his reference track for Drake landed him in the center of Drizzy's beef with Meek Mill, has revealed publicly for the first time that he has had his foot amputated.

A picture Miller put on Instagram on Friday shows that his leg below the the calf is replaced by a prosthetic. In the caption, he compared himself to Falco Lombardi of the Star Fox video game series, whose legs are made of metal.

Though Miller did not say when the injury that led to the amputation happened, his manager Cam Singletary, aka Coach Cambut, confirmed the rumors that it was the result of a recent car accident.

"However, that hasn't stopped him from making good music, having faith, and living life," Singletary told The Fader in an email. "We can't wait to be able to reach that fans that have held us down so far."

The rapper's public profile has been relatively low over the past several months, though he appeared earlier this month on a leaked collaboration with Travi$ Scott. The Atlanta rapper also recently created a playlist for Apple Music that contains songs by Gucci Mane, Kany West, Chance the Rapper, Salt-N-Pepa, Frank Ocean, and, perhaps unsurprisingly, Drake. Singletary also confirmed that Miller will deliver a new album, titled Falco, after he is fully recovered.

Miller first came to the attention of most hip-hop fans last year when Meek Mill claimed that Miller was writing some of Drake's material, including Drizzy's guest verse on Meek's "R.I.C.O." Shortly afterwards, Funkmaster Flex leaked several of Miller's reference tracks for Drake—material, it turned out, that came from DJ Drama (at least according to Drama's ex-wife). Miller, who is credited on half a dozen songs on If You're Reading This It's Too Late, then denied being a ghostwriter for Drake.

The whole situation turned ugly when Meek Mill and some of his crew physically attacked Miller at a Nike store in Los Angeles earlier this year.
