Things are looking up for Desiigner. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper was arrested on Thursday night on charges of criminal possession of a loaded weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of drugs with an intent to sell. Since then, he's already had the weapon charge dropped, after police revealed they in fact did not find a gun in the car and were only going off the story of the other driver involved in the incident.

Now, TMZ is reporting that all the pills found in the car were just steroids. It was originally reported that the pills were believed to be a mixture of Methadone, methamphetamine, OxyContin, and steroid, but as it turns out, all 302 pills found were just various steroids. According to the report, all the steroids belonged to the driver, and Desiigner wasn't even aware that there were pills of any kind in the car. When contacted by TMZ, the D.A. did not reveal whether or not they had plans to drop the drug charges against Desiigner.

Naturally, Desiigner took to social media as soon as he was released to celebrate. "We back out here man, you dig?" he said. "Think I need to be selling pills? We don't gotta do that shit no more, baby."

Desiigner recently linked up with G.O.O.D. Music's newest signee Tyga for their new track "Gucci Snakes," which has won some positive reviews online, even amongst skeptical music fans. With the arrest issues seemingly fading, he can get back to focusing on the music.
