Boxpark, innovators of the world's first pop-up mall in Shoreditch, are now set to change the game once again in Croydon, providing 40 traders and up to 2,000 people with the biggest food and culture outlet of its kind. To celebrate the launch, Boxpark have linked up with Eskimo Dance for an absolutely massive event, featuring Wiley, Ghetts, Novelist, Solo 45, Elf Kid, President T, P Money, Flirta D, Cadell, Merky Ace, Blakie, Splurgeboys, Mistajam, Preditah, Maximum, Rude Kid, Hatcha, Sian Anderson, plus some very special guests to be announced.

Eskimo Dance continues to give the big breaks to the genre's top talent, with previous alumni including Jme, Skepta and Kano, a massive 2016 UK tour and Red Bull Culture Clash performance. Now taking the heat to Boxpark Croydon for round two, the event will feature a who's who of grime and bags of competitive spirit from a group born out of underground culture.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who was there today to launch the event with 1Xtra's Sian Anderson, said: "I'm delighted to see top innovators and entertainers setting their sights on Croydon. Boxpark will be a great addition to the town centre and a festival of this scale and calibre is the perfect way for Croydon to really get itself noticed on the capital's cultural map."
