Rick Ross has a lot to celebrate this month. Not only did his debut studio album, Port of Miami, turn 10 years old, it was also certified platinum by the RIAA at the end of July. To commemorate the milestones, Renzel will throw a live anniversary concert tonight from the actual Port of Miami, and he’s inviting his fans from across the world to experience the occasion.

Just like Blood Orange’s “Welcome to Freetown” concert and the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival, Ross’ special performance will be livestreamed on Tidal for both subscribers and non-subscribers. In an interview with Rolling Stone this month, he explained his decision to celebrate the album’s anniversary in such a big way.

“Me, 10 years in the game, I never would have imagined it. […] I said this year, I wanted to celebrate the 10-year anniversary, and not just with my city, not just with a concert with my city. But I wanted to do something that the world would see and appreciate,” he said. “So this Tidal X event, it's going to be live-streamed globally all around the world. The surprises, you gotta watch. Who coming, you wanna watch.”

Ross also said the bulk of the show will, of course, feature tracks from Port of Miami; however, there will be “a few exceptions,” so you’ll definitely want to tune in.

You can watch the concert, officially titled Tidal X: Port of Miami 10th Anniversary, above.
