Nardwuar linked up with Lil Yachty in Vancouver, Canada for his latest interview, and the results are predictably enjoyable. Yachty and Nardwuar quickly develop a fun rapport, and along the way we learn a lot about Yachty's childhood. "When I first started recording music, we would record in the closet with socks on the mic. Man rough times," he recalled after Nardwuar brought up the subject of socks. They also delved into the rap group of his old McDonalds manager. "He had a car wrapped in his mixtape," Yachty said.

Narduwar also pulled out a picture from when Yachty attended the Christian Rites of Passage Summer Camp. He said that his hairstyle in the picture is actually inspired by Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing, and he revealed that he still rocks the shaved triangles in his hair underneath his signature braids.

Nardwuar gifted Yachty with a vinyl copy of Coldplay's Ghost Stories, which is apparently his favorite album of all time. "I can sing every song on this bitch from head to toe," he said, saying that collaborating with Chris Martin is one of his biggest musical dreams.

Elsewhere in the interview, they catch up with TheGoodPerry, meet the rest of the Sailing Team, and test Yachty on his knowledge of nautical terms, which turns out is not very good. The two are just goofy enough for each other, and the interview turns out to be really enjoyable to watch. You can catch the entire interview with Narduwar and Lil Yachty in the video above.
