House shopping is a drag. It's, like, really hard to get a good mortgage rate on a simple Bel-Air mansion these days. Tyga, however, has reportedly managed to muster up a brief run-in with luck. Dude's officially set to become Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new Bel-Air neighbor, according to the real estate pros over at TMZ.

The former mayor of "Rack City" is copping a leased "super expensive pad" just one street away from the Kardashian-Wests' Bel-Air estate. The monthly rate for the humble abode? A budget-friendly $46,500, according to TMZ. So, yeah, same.

Tyga, who's previously been at the center of some alleged home-related lawsuits and even some car repo tragedies, will find himself hella comfortable with the 12,800 square foot pad. The innumerable amenities include an elevator, fire pit, enormous kitchen, pool, and separate quarters for exotic animals to flex in—to the sounds of the critically championed albumThe Gold Album: 18th Dynasty. Just kidding about that last one. But maybe not?

KIM and KANYE live the perfect Bel-Air lifestyle. Cars, clothes, red carpet events, fame. The whole world loves them, but it's those small moments at home that keep them sane. Then something unexpected happens. TYGA and his friend and former business partner PETE WENTZ move in just down the street. After a housewarming party descends into chaos when Tyga's pet dinosaur devours a member of the paparazzi, Kim and Kanye start to panic. Where the hell is Jeff Goldblum when you need him?

All jokes aside, this is great news for anyone struggling with their pitch for a throwback sitcom. Just imagine all the networks frothing at the mouth over a half-hour comedy starring Kim, Kanye, and Tyga as reluctant neighbors. For the sheer hell of it, here's a possible synopsis for the pilot:

You're welcome, TV.
