Original story below:

Top Dawg Entertainment currently boasts one of the hottest young stables of talent in the rap game and is poised for another successful year. Led by Compton's own Kendrick Lamar and including Jay Rock and SZA (to name just a few), the company has experienced an astounding degree of success breaking new acts in a highly crowded field of up-and-coming rap artists. In a recent, impromptu Twitter Q&A last night, TDE's founder, Anthony Tiffith, took a moment to answer some fan questions about some of them.

When asked about the status of Isaiah Rashad's follow-up to his 2014 release Cilvia Demo, Tiffith responded by saying that the record was finished and that they were currently in the process of mixing it all together. It's a welcome development for fans who've been waiting quite some time to hear Rashad's latest. Last August the rapper got the public buzzing when he tweeted that he'd finished the album and had turned it in, but it's been mostly radio silence about its status until now.

yep....mixing https://t.co/as58Ys0k6d

On another front, Tiffith also gave an update about Schoolboy Q's latest album, though he was a little bit more vague about that one. When asked about it originally, all he had to say was that it was coming soon and added "hell yeah" when asked if we could expect it sometime before the summer.

Given the acclaim revolving around Q's latest single "THat Part," which featured a fiery verse from no less than Kanye West, expectations are very high for the follow-up to Oxymoron.
