Today, Norweigan producer and music mastermindLido shares the music video of his first single, "Crazy," off his forthcoming album. In the visual, Lido conducts a mesmerizing light show, orchestrating a swelling build-up that perfectly mimics the melody's electronic explosions. The glaring bursts of light against the stage's stark set-up make the simplistic video impossibly enticing. "This song is an important turning-point in the story on my album," Lido told Hypetrak. "For me it’s exactly the first impression I wanted to give people of the vibe from new music I’m about to release." The video also marks a huge moment for Lido who directed the video himself making his directorial debut. Fortunately, he says we can look forward to seeing him direct more in the future.

Even better, Lido hints that there will be some incredible features on his new album, though he couldn't say exactly who right now. For a producer who has worked with everyone from Towkio to Chance the Rapper to Halsey, it's hard not to imagine who he has lined up for the project. If "Crazy" is any indication, the still-untitled release is bound to be an absolutely mind-altering experience. Watch Lido's self-directed video above and be sure to catch him at this year's Coachella going down in Indio later this month.
