Here's something to look forward to: Kano will be releasing a new album, Made In The Manor, on March 4. As you'd hope, the LP features many of the recent cuts like "Garage Skank", "Hail" and "New Banger", as well as collaborations with Jme and Damon Albarn. Not only that, but to build up some more hype he's just dropped the video for new single "3 Wheel-Ups", a brass-led grime banger featuring Giggs and Wiley and produced by Swifta Beater. Well, the video version (which Kano himself directed) doesn't actually feature Wiley—we won't speculate on the reason why—but rest assured Wiley's bars will feature on the album and radio versions.
Watch the video above to see Kano, Giggs and more wile out around London as they give props to scene leaders like D Double and the elusive Wiley Kat. "You have to know where you've come from in order to know where you're going," says Kano, "but I like to take where I've come from along with me for the ride." He added: "This is the most honest I've ever been on an album. It's not that I wasn't being honest before, it's just that I wasn't speaking about things this personal before."
